Fulton Hogan - Emergency Recovery Works Brynderwyn Hills

Delivery of comprehensive temporary traffic management and detour maintenance services to support emergency recovery works. Scope included operating a 24-hour detour crew for route servicing such as pothole repairs, breakdown response, signage upkeep, and emergency call-outs. Responsibilities also covered monitoring hard road closures, deploying Stop/Go crews, TMOs, and labourers across multiple sites, and installing and maintaining traffic control devices to ensure the safe and efficient movement of road users and site personnel in accordance with safety and road authority requirements.
